Accounts Assistant (Berhad)
Qualifications & Requirements:

- Possess a Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Professional certificate in LCCI or CAT is an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or audit; experience in the oil palms, or plantation industry is an added advantage
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word) and accounting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with internal and external parties
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet reporting deadlines

Responsibilities:

- Prepare reconciliation for bank accounts, supplier, and general ledger accounts
- Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, journal vouchers, and sales invoices accurately and timely
- Assist in data entry and processing of accounting documents for monthly account closing to meet reporting deadlines
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding documents to ensure completeness of financial records
- Liaise with operations and both internal and external parties on accounting-related matters
- Work closely with superiors and team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
