- Possess a Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in commercial accounts or audit firm; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word) and accounting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with internal and external parties
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet reporting deadlines

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update daily accounting records accurately and efficiently
- Manage bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations
- Prepare invoices for sales and miscellaneous income transactions
- Process supplier invoices, perform vendor reconciliations, and ensure timely payments
- Review construction claims and supporting documents to ensure payment accuracy
- Assist in monthly closing, budgeting, and audit activities for smooth financial operations
- Collaborate with superiors and team members to complete assigned tasks and handle ad-hoc duties as required
