Admin Clerk cum Receptionist

Requirements:

      1. Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration/Office Administration or equivalent
      2. At least 1 year of experience in receptionist, clerical work, or other office administrative tasks in a similar role.
      3. Good communication skills and proficient in computer literacy
      4. Possess a valid driving license and own transportation
      5. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Job Responsibilities:

      1. Perform reception duties including greet visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Goods Received (GR), and handle documents to HQ in Miri
      2. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and documents
      3. Organize and schedule meetings by booking meeting rooms and arranging necessary facilities such as water and refreshments
      4. Order and monitor office supplies, including stationeries and sundries
      5. Coordinate office maintenance requests and follow up with contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
      6. Assist HQ in Miri with ad-hoc duties such as processing or collecting documents from government agencies
      7. Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations
