Building Executive

Requirements:

1. 1. Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building Construction/Quantity Surveying (QS) / Architectural or equivalent
  2. At least 2 – 3 years of experience in project site supervision and management for civil and structural (C&S) and building construction works
  3. Experience in handling Dumpy level and setting out of building sites is an added advantage
  4. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage
  5. Proactive and initiative-driven in dealing with site issues, with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels

Job Responsibilities:

1. 1. Supervise and manage construction projects at Plantation Estates, Palm Oil Mills, and Lambir Jaya (Bekenu), and other site construction projects as required
  2. Conduct QA / QC inspections at project sites
  3. Prepare site diary and monthly work progress reports
