Requirements:

1. 1. 1. Possess SPM / STPM / Diploma in any discipline
      2. At least 2 years of working experience in Palm Oil Refinery, Fractionation Plant or manufacturing processes
      3. Ability to lead a team with excellent organization, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
      4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      6. Knowledge in MS Excel, Open Office and PC SCADA

Requirements:

1. 1. 1. Control and monitor plant process parameters in the Refinery and Fractionation Plant to ensure product quality is met and smooth operation
      2. Involve in simple plant maintenance
      3. Ensure good plant general upkeep
      4. Act as a team leader
