Senior Corporate Administration Executive

Requirements:

      1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management or equivalent
      2. At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role or a similar capacity in the corporate field
      3. Strong oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in English
      4. Ability to work independently, multitask, and detail in all work
      5. Discretion and confidentially when handling sensitive information

Job Responsibilities:

      1. Leading and managing daily administration of the corporate office
      2. Provide a comprehensive administration service to the Group Chief Executive Officer
      3. Assist in drafting memos, letters, policy documents and other correspondence
      4. Schedule meetings and take minutes
      5. Facilitate communication and collaboration between management, other departments within the organization,
        and internal/external stakeholders
      6. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects and initiatives assigned by the management
