Senior HR Executive

Requirements:

      1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent
      2. At least 5 years of experience in an Executive role or a similar capacity in the HR field
      3. Knowledge and familiarity with HR practices and the Sarawak Labor Ordinance
      4. Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office

Job Responsibilities:

      1. Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, managing misconduct and domestic inquiry, company policies and procedures, compliance-related matters and other HR administrative tasks
