Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager

Requirements:

      1. Possess at least a Degree in Business Administration / Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
      2. Minimum of 3 – 5 years of proven sales management experience in the medical, health supplement, health food, cosmetic, or similar industries
      3. Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and market trends
      4. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
      5. Strong negotiation, consultative sales, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle details with minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities:

      1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and end customers, acting as the main point of contact for all sales-related inquiries
      2. Identify and pursue potential prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals
      3. Lead and coordinate contract negotiations to achieve successful deals
      4. Provide guidance and support to newly-recruited Sales Representatives to ensure their successful onboarding and performance
      5. Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to Management, offering insights and recommendations to drive sales performance and achieve targets
      6. Analyze sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of current sales strategies and adjust as needed
      7. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
