Training & Development Executive

Requirements:

      1. Possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development / Psychology or equivalent
      2. At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in a similar capacity in the field
      3. Strong oral and written communication skills
      4. Able to collaborate with internal/external departments

Job Responsibilities:

      1. Coordinate internal and external training programs within SOPB Group
      2. Facilitate internal staff training sessions and gather feedback
      3. Manage HRDC accounts for SOP subsidiaries and apply for applicable grants
      4. Assist in processing payments to training providers
      5. Maintain employees’ training records and complete monthly training reports
      6. Prepare training bond agreements (if any), submit to LHDN for e-stamping
