- Possess a Diploma / Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in PR, corporate communications, content creation or relevant working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in social media management, content creation tools (eg: Canva, etc.), and basic photography / videography skills
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities for newsletters, social media, and other PR materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, additional language skills are an added advantage
- Strong relationship-building skills for media and community engagement
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle event logistics

Responsibilities:

- Develop engaging content, social media, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with SOP’s brand and communication goals
- Assist with media outreach, cultivating positive relationships with journalists and community stakeholders
- Coordinate logistics for events, document activities through photography and videography, and prepare content for follow-up communications
- Maintain brand standards across all communications
- Support in-house training sessions and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance the PR capabilities of the team
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned from time to time
