The Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) certification scheme is Malaysia’s national sustainability standard for the oil palm industry, promoting responsible palm oil production through legal compliance, environmental protection, social responsibility, respect for human rights, and transparency.

SOP Group is fully committed to MSPO certification as a key pillar of its sustainability framework. All our estates, palm oil mills, collection centres, and downstream facilities are certified under the revised MS 2530:2022 (MSPO 2.0) standards, demonstrating our commitment to responsible and sustainable operations across the Group.

To support continuous improvement, the Group undertakes Greenhouse Gas (GHG) assessments, Social Impact Assessments (SIA), and High Conservation Value (HCV) assessments. We also utilise the eMSPO system to facilitate certification management, monitoring, and audit processes.

Through MSPO certification, ongoing performance monitoring, and active stakeholder engagement, SOP Group continues to strengthen its sustainability practices and promote responsible palm oil production throughout its supply chain.
