Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 1. 1. Possess a Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering/ Building Construction or related field.
      2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of site experience in building construction / commercial construction projects, or a similar role.
      3. Candidates with SPM qualification and at least 7 to 8 years of relevant site experience are welcome to apply.
      4. Proficiency in operating dumpy level is an added advantage.
      5. Willing to work on-site SOP Tower / Taman Lambir Jaya (Lot 120)

Job Responsibilities:

1. 1. 1. Supervise daily construction activities to ensure adherence to plan, quality standard and safety protocols.
      2. Conduct inspections to verify material quality and compliance with project specifications.
      3. Document daily site activities and prepare monthly work progress report, and daily report/ site diary.
      4. Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and team members to streamline project execution.
