Admin Assistant

Qualifications & Requirements:

      1. Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or any related field
      2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in admin role, preferably in the FMCG industry
      3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and office software
      4. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
      5. Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail
      6. Familiar with FMCG business operations is an added advantage
      7. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

      1. Respond to customer’s request via call, email or WhatsApp
      2. Handle the SAP system including Purchase Order, Sales Order, Delivery Note, Credit Note, Subs Delivery (FOC), monthly prompt payment incentives, etc.
      3. Coordinate with Production (delivery allocation), Accounts (payment, audit), and the Downstream team
      4. Prepare and update daily, weekly, monthly sales reports; monitor customers payment and license validity
      5. Manage stationery requests, and car service or maintenance requests
      6. Maintain proper filing and record-keeping for all documents and information
      7. Coordinate shipment arrangement with Bintulu packaging plant and transporter to schedule pickups
