Qualifications & Requirements:

- Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in admin role, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and office software
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail
- Familiar with FMCG business operations is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer’s request via call, email or WhatsApp
- Handle the SAP system including Purchase Order, Sales Order, Delivery Note, Credit Note, Subs Delivery (FOC), monthly prompt payment incentives, etc.
- Coordinate with Production (delivery allocation), Accounts (payment, audit), and the Downstream team
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, monthly sales reports; monitor customers payment and license validity
- Manage stationery requests, and car service or maintenance requests
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping for all documents and information
- Coordinate shipment arrangement with Bintulu packaging plant and transporter to schedule pickups
