Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 1. 1. Possess a Degree in Environmental Science / Natural Resource Management / Social Science / Sustainability / Conservation, or any related field
      2. Minimum 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in a related field, or a similar role
      3. Knowledge of Environmental Quality Act, OSHA requirements and environmental management and/or Social Science
      4. Candidate with experience in sustainability certification is an added advantage
      5. Good organizational, time management and communication skills
      6. Possess a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure
      7. Willing to travel to rural areas where the company’s operation sites are located
      8. Able to drive manual 4WD vehicles
      9. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided

Responsibilities:

1. 1. 1. Ensure compliance with the Sustainability Certification Scheme for all SOP Group Operational Units (OUs) through Audit Preparation/ Internal/ Verification Audits
      2. Regular progress updates on the performance of designated OUs in certification implementation
      3. Ensure all designated OUs are well-prepared for external audits
      4. Conduct and provide awareness training on sustainability matters and certification
      5. Ensure OUs personnel are aware of the audit requirement and are informed of any new requirements/ updates
      6. Ensure documentation for OUs is up to date prior to external audits
