Medical Sales Representative

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 1. Possess a Degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Pharmacy or a related field
  2. Minimum 1 year experience in sales/ pharmaceutical sales or similar role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  3. Strong communication, engagement, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  4. Passionate, responsible and results driven
  5. Good analytical, planning, and fieldwork execution skills
  6. Ability to deliver effective sales messages and achieve target
  7. Willing to travel as required

Responsibilities:

1. 1. Identify and develop business opportunities within assigned market
  2. Implement and execute effective sales plans for General Practitioners (GP)
  3. Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio while strengthening brand presence
  4. Maintain strong product and disease knowledge to provide appropriate recommendations
  5. Handle customer objections and challenges professionally
  6. Achieve sales target and collection timelines
  7. Attend sales event or congresses as required
  8. Prepare and submit sales reports in a timely manner
