Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 1. 1. Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, Welding, or related field
      2. Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication, welding, or mechanical workshop operations
      3. Experience in palm oil mill, heavy industry, manufacturing, or engineering maintenance is an advantage

Responsibilities:

1. 1. 1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily fabrication workshop activities and maintain optimal efficiency of all machinery
      2. Ensure fabrication, welding, machining, and repair works are completed according to work schedules and operational requirements
      3. Provide technical guidance on welding, cutting, fitting, and assembly works
      4. Support mill maintenance activities by providing fabrication solutions for breakdowns and improvement projects
      5. Supervise the fabrication workforce in daily operations
