- Possess a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Possess a valid driving license and able to drive a manual 4WD vehicle
- Willing to travel to the company’s operational sites as and when required

Responsibilities:

- Assist with general administrative duties, including outstation travel to conduct inspections at site offices, staff quarters and canteens
- Responsible for the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Maintain proper filing systems and accurate records for all administrative documentation
- Coordinate with internal and external departments, government agencies and contractors
- Support day-to-day administrative operations and perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager
