Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 1. 1. Possess a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field
      2. Minimum 1 – 3 year(s) of working experience in construction, project supervision, project planning, or a similar role
      3. Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is an added advantage
      4. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft project
      5. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
      6. Proactive, responsible and able to take initiative in identifying and resolving site issues
      7. Willing to travel and work on-site as required
      8. Able to work independently as well as part of a team in construction environment

Responsibilities:

1. 1. 1. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors to coordinate and facilitate project implementation
      2. Supervise daily construction activities to ensure adherence to drawing plans, quality standard and safety protocols
      3. Conduct inspections to verify material quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements
      4. Document site activities and prepare monthly work progress report
      5. Monitor project progress and ensure that project timelines and schedule are achieved to support smooth and timely project execution
      6. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time
