- Possess a Degree in Business Administration / Supply Management / Accounting / or any related filed
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field. Candidates with experience in non-related fields are also encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of purchasing and accounting is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate
- Ability to work independently, prioritise and manage multiple tasks, and handle details with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and confidentiality in handling all projects

Responsibilities:

- Prepare tender invitation, coordinate tender processes, and facilitate the issuance of award letters / contracts
- Compile tender reports / minutes, organize meetings with consultants / tender committee / contractors / suppliers, and finalize terms of agreements with vendors into contract agreements
- Perform administrative duties related to organizing and coordinating procurement activities
- Maintain accurate records to ensure that contractual agreements are properly documented
- Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by superiors
