Contract & Procurement Executive

Requirements:

      1. Possess at least a Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent
      2. Preferably with 3 years of experience in related field, but those with experience in non-related field are also encouraged to apply
      3. Knowledge in purchasing and accounting would be an added advantage
      4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Job Responsibilities:

      1. Prepare tender invitation, coordinate tender processes, and facilitate the awarding of letters/contracts
      2. Compile tender reports/minutes, organize meetings with consultants/tender committee/contractors/suppliers, and compile finalize terms of agreements with vendors into contract agreements
      3. Perform administrative duties related to organizing and coordinating procurement activities
      4. Maintain accurate records to ensure that contractual agreements are properly documented
