Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare tender invitation, coordinate tender processes, and facilitate the awarding of letters/contracts
- Compile tender reports/minutes, organize meetings with consultants/tender committee/contractors/suppliers, and compile finalize terms of agreements with vendors into contract agreements
- Perform administrative duties related to organizing and coordinating procurement activities
- Maintain accurate records to ensure that contractual agreements are properly documented
