Learning & Development (L&D) Manager

Qualifications & Requirements:

      1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Organizational Development / Business Administration, or a related discipline
      2. At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with hands-on expertise in training needs assessment, skill gap analysis, and workforce development
      3. Strong knowledge of talent development, adult learning methodologies, and modern learning tools and platforms
      4. Experience in designing and delivering training programs that support employee upskilling and career development
      5. Familiarity with evaluating learning needs, creating impactful programs, and measuring training outcomes
      6. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
      7. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
      8. Knowledge of various learning methods, including coaching, mentoring, classroom training, e-learning, and on-the-job learning

Responsibilities:

      1. Conduct skills gap assessments and design targeted training programs to address current and future business needs
      2. Manage the full training cycle, including needs analysis, program design, delivery (workshops, e-learning, coaching), and evaluation
      3. Coordinate and ensure compliance training meets all regulatory requirements
      4. Foster a culture of continuous learning to enhance employee engagement, career progression, and personal development
      5. Support succession planning and leadership development by identifying high-potential employees and delivering targeted learning interventions
      6. Collaborate with HR and department leaders to align workforce planning, performance data, and training priorities
      7. Track, measure, and evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance data, and prepare reports for management
      8. Oversee HRDC grant applications, training bonds, records management, budget planning, and cost monitoring to ensure compliance
      9. Coordinate training logistics, including vendor liaison, course registrations, and related administration
