Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 1. 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance / Banking / Business, or a related field
      2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in external / internal audit, risk management, financial and operational analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the oil palm plantation industry
      3. Professional Certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred
      4. Strong understanding of auditing principles, risk assessment and internal control frameworks
      5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy
      6. Strong written and verbal communication skills; with the ability to write clear and structured reports and create professional presentations
      7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, guide and develop junior staff
      8. Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
      9. Strong integrity and dedication to compliance

Responsibilities:

1. 1. 1. Assist and oversee audit planning and execution for assigned areas
      2. Lead team in conducting operational, financial and compliance audits and report significant findings and recommendations to Group Risk and Audit Committee (GRAC)
      3. Monitor the implementations of corrective actions and follow-up on audit recommendations
      4. Manage and mentor audit team members, oversee task allocations and quality control throughout audit engagements
      5. Identify, assess, monitor, and report on key business risks as part of risk management function
      6. Conduct special investigations as required based on specific events or circumstances
      7. Support management in special projects and ad-hoc assignment as required
