Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 1. 1. Possess SPM or equivalent qualification
      2.  Minimum 3 years of experience in laboratory maintenance, or a related field
      3. Knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and basic mechanical repairs are preferred
      4. Physically fit and able to carry out routine maintenance tasks
      5. Possess a valid driving license
      6. Willing to work after office hours occasionally or abased on job requirements

Responsibilities:

1. 1. 1. Perform basic maintenance and servicing of laboratory equipment
      2. Conduct routine maintenance for generators, electrical wiring, and plumbing systems
      3. Supervise and monitor subcontractors’ activities on-site to ensure quality and safety compliance
      4. Record and monitor monthly utility meter readings (electricity, water, etc.)
      5. Handle despatch and delivery of goods, parcels, and documents between offices
      6. Assist in collecting spears from cargo and manage the despatch of ramets to cargo services
      7. Transport staff and ensure all assigned company vehicles are regularly maintained, clean, and roadworthy
      8. Perform other operational support tasks as assigned by the supervisor
