Requirements:

1. 1. 1. Possess a Diploma / Degree in Agricultural Science / Forestry / Plantation Management
      2. At least 10 – 15 years of hands-on working experience and familiar with field operational management

Job Responsibilities:

1. 1. 1. Possess the ability of formulating and planning budgets, quality control and financial functions
      2. Monitor, control and evaluate all plantation activities to ensure implementation in accordance with the work plan and budget that have been established and in accordance with the strategic plan of the company
      3. Identify and recommend improvements in the management of plantation and lead the implementation of improvements so as to improve the overall performance of plantation
      4. Monitor and control the implementation of operational activities and the use of budget periodically to ensure activities are conducted in accordance with the work plan and budget
      5. Highly independent, multi-tasking, meticulous, agile, precise, and able to evaluate projects or assignments
