Purchasing Assistant

Qualifications & Requirements:

      1. Possess a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Automotive, or a related field
      2. At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field, preferably in spare parts
      3. Strong knowledge of vehicle and machinery spare parts, including familiarity with various equipment brands and models
      4. Possess technical knowledge of machine operations
      5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, AutoCAD, and Aspen Plus, with strong computer literacy

Responsibilities:

      1. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain price quotations, negotiate terms, and place purchase orders
      2. Prepare and issue purchase orders, purchase requisitions, invoices, and other related procurement documents
      3. Assist in month-end reporting and monitor outstanding orders from supplier or users
      4. Arrange repair services by coordinating between end-users and suppliers
      5. Work closely with all departments to track and fulfill equipment and order requests
