Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain price quotations, negotiate terms and place purchase orders
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely delivery of outstanding orders
- Handle the processing of purchase orders, purchase revenues, invoices, and other related documents
- Assist in month-end reporting and arrange service orders for servicing and repairs
- Collaborate with all users and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services
