Purchasing Assistant

Requirements:

      1. Possess a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Automotive or equivalent
      2. At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or related field, preferably in spare parts
      3. Knowledge of vehicle and machinery spare parts, equipment brands, and model
      4. Knowledge of machine operation and lubricant application is an advantage
      5. Proficient in computer literacy and basic software

Requirements:

      1. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain price quotations, negotiate terms and place purchase orders
      2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely delivery of outstanding orders
      3. Handle the processing of purchase orders, purchase revenues, invoices, and other related documents
      4. Assist in month-end reporting and arrange service orders for servicing and repairs
      5. Collaborate with all users and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services
