Purchasing Assistant

Requirements:

      1. Possess a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Automotive or equivalent
      2. At least 2 years of experience in purchasing and procurement role or related field
      3. Familiar with vehicle and machinery spare parts, with knowledge in machine operation and lubricant application
        is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

      1. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain price quotations, negotiate terms and place purchase orders
      2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely delivery of outstanding orders
      3. Handle the processing of purchase orders, purchase revenues, invoices, and other related documents
      4. Assist in month-end reporting and arrange service orders for servicing and repairs
      5. Collaborate with all users and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services
