- Possess STPM / Diploma in Business Administration/ Finance/ Management or equivalent
- Preferable at least 2 years working experience in Purchasing & Procurement related field
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Office

Job Responsibilities:

- To ensure cost minimization, on the delivery, the right quantity and quality of all items to be purchased
- To liaise with the User Department regarding merchandise/material required and specifications desired
- To negotiate for the best quotation and compile a listing of quotations for discussion with the CO/User Dept.
- To generate and process the PO until the supplier receives the approved PO
- Assist in checking the Goods Receipt Note / Delivery Order to make sure that goods are duly received by store
personnel (store items) and User Dept.’s authorized person (non-store items) and full sets of supporting
documents are in place before passing it to Account Department for payment processing
