- Possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Finance / Management or equivalent
- Preferable with 2 years of related working experience
- Knowledge in computer system (Open Office & SAP system)
- Ability to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

- To ensure cost minimization, on the delivery, the right quantity and quality of all items to be purchased
- To liaise with the User Department regarding merchandise / material required and specifications desired
- To negotiate for the best quotation and compile a listing of quotations for discussion with the CO / User Dept. Manager, thereafter made recommendations to the Purchasing Manager, Senior Purchasing Manager, and COO for final decision depending on respective approval authorities limited
- Enquire from vendors regarding the availability of merchandise/material with desired specifications and obtain a quotation from that place
- New vendor screening-obtain from vendor information regarding its business incorporation, its directors, paidup capital, and annual returns
- To ensure the proper ISO & GMP documentation for all purchasing processes
