Qualifications & Requirements:

• • 1. Possess a Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics Pharmaceutical Sciences Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
    2. Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in product development, R&D, laboratory work, or a related role
    3. Fresh graduate with strong internship or research experience are welcome to apply
    4. Basic understanding of:
       – Health supplements, functional ingredients, or wellness products
       – Product formulation and stability testing
       – GMP, HACCP, ISO, or food safety standards
    5. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for health, wellness, or consumer products is preferred
    6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and structured documentation skills
    7. Good written and verbal communication skills
    8. Good time management and ability to manage multiple projects
    9. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team

Responsibilities:

1. 1. 1. Conduct research on new ingredients, formulations, and health trends relevant to wellness products
      2. Assist in new product development (NPD) from concept to commercialization, including formulation, testing, and documentation
      3. Develop, evaluate, and improve product formulations to ensure quality, safety, stability, and efficacy
      4. Perform laboratory work including stability testing, compatibility testing, and product trials
      5. Prepare and maintain accurate R&D documentation, formulation records, test reports, and technical files
      6. Support regulatory compliance activities, including product registration, label review, and ingredient evaluation
      7. Coordinate with external laboratories for testing and analysis when required
      8. Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Production, Marketing, and Procurement teams
      9. Provide technical support for product claims, technical inquiries, and audits
