Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 1. 1. Possess a Degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Pharmacy or a related field
      2. Minimum 1 year experience in sales/ pharmaceutical sales or similar role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
      3. Strong communication, engagement, influencing, and relationship-building skills
      4. Passionate, responsible and results driven
      5. Good analytical, planning, and fieldwork execution skills
      6. Ability to deliver effective sales messages and achieve target
      7. Willing to travel as required

Responsibilities:

1. 1. 1. Actively source new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
      2. Promote and sell company products to Independent Pharmacies (IP)
      3. Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and key decision-makers
      4. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and price negotiations
      5. Achieve assigned sales targets and collection timelines
      6. Adapt sales approaches based on customer interactions and field results
      7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
      8. Maintain strong product knowledge to deliver appropriate solutions
      9. Prepare and submit sales performance reports on a timely basis
