Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 1. 1. Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma or equivalent
      2. At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in sales, merchandising, retail, FMCG or a related field
      3. Basic computer literacy and reporting skills
      4. Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
      5. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
      6. Willing to travel within the assigned territory
      7. Possess a valid driving license and own transport

Responsibilities:

1. 1. 1. Visit assigned retail outlets according to the planned route schedule
      2. Build and maintain good relationships with retailers, dealers, and customers
      3. Promote and sell the Company’s products to achieve sales targets and expand market coverage
      4. Ensure products are well displayed according to merchandising standards
      5. Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment to prevent out-of-stock situations
      6. Set up promotional displays, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and support in-store promotional activities
      7. Verify product pricing and ensure price labels are accurate and up to date
      8. Rotate stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method and remove expired, damaged, or non-saleable products
      9. Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches
      10. Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
      11. Coordinate with the warehouse and distribution teams to ensure timely product deliveries
      12. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales and merchandising reports
      13. Participate in product launches, promotional events and other sales and marketing initiatives as assigned
