Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or talent development
- Experience in conducting training needs analysis and supporting skills gap assessments
- Good understanding of adult learning principles and various learning methodologies
- Exposure to designing, coordinating, or delivering training programmes
- Familiarity with evaluating training effectiveness and preparing basic reports
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills
- Knowledge of learning methods such as classroom training, e-learning, coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job learning
- Experience with HRDC grant administration

Responsibilities:

- Identify skills gaps and support training needs analysis across departments
- Coordinate and implement learning programmes aligned with business objectives
- Manage the end-to-end training cycle, including delivery and evaluation
- Liaise with department heads, external providers, and stakeholders on training matters
- Support employee development, engagement, succession planning, and leadership initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and line managers to align learning with workforce planning
- Monitor training participation, feedback, and programme effectiveness
- Prepare training reports and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Administer HRDC grants, claims, training records, and related documentation
- Coordinate training logistics and support L&D budget tracking
