Sri Aman, 10 September 2024 — SOP Pelita Batu Lintang Plantation Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its Dividend Distribution Ceremony for the first half of 2024, held on 10 September 2024, at the Ballroom, Level 1, Hotel Seri Simanggang, Sri Aman.
The event also included the issuance of Surat Pengesahan Penyertaan, Anugerah Pelajar Cemerlang & Bantuan Anak Angkat for the Bumiputera Native Land Development Project in Ulu Undop, Sri Aman.
The ceremony was officiated by the Yang Berhormat Datuk Francis Harden Anak Hollis, Deputy Minister of Education, Innovation, and Talent Development of Sarawak, and ADUN N.32 Simanggang. Highlights of the event included:
- Dividend Distribution – A total dividend of RM743,388.00 was successfully presented to Penghulu Mingging Anak Sigan, marking a significant milestone in SOP’s financial and community support efforts.
- Surat Pengesahan Penyertaan – Letters were issued to stakeholders involved in the Ulu Undop native land development project, affirming their participation and commitment.
- Anugerah Pelajar Cemerlang – 15 Students with outstanding academic achievements were honored for their excellence achievement and were giving cash incentive and stationery sets.
- Bantuan Anak Angkat – One off assistance cash incentive and stationery sets were provided to 30 children as part of the ongoing efforts to support the community through the native land development project.
- Appointment Certificates for the Development Committee (ADC) from Ministry of Food Industry, Commodity and Regional Development (M-FICORD) – Certificates were presented to the members of the Ulu Undop Development Committee for the 2024-2026 term, acknowledging their roles in steering the project forward.
The event was a resounding success, celebrating the collective achievements and contributions of individuals and groups involved in the development of Ulu Undop, Sri Aman.
