In Sepakau region, smallholder engagement was conducted in a more intimate and practical setting. Smallholders were approached during their routine delivery of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to the mill, allowing for timely and relevant discussions within the context of their daily operations. This personalized method of engagement encouraged open dialogue and helped foster stronger relationships between the mill and its suppliers.

During these interactions, smallholders received targeted briefings designed to enhance agricultural practices and support compliance with regulatory requirements.
