HR Foreign Worker Assistant

Qualifications & Requirements:

      1. Possess Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
      2. At least 1 year of work experience in related field
      3. Knowledge and well versed in HR practices and Sarawak Labor Ordinance

Responsibilities:

      1. Assisting in preparing documentation for renewal of work permit / employment pass, visa application, special pass, check out memo for the foreign workers and liaise with immigration officers
      2. Ensuring proper maintenance and updating worker’s data
      3. Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures regarding foreign workers issues and statutory requirements
