Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 1. 1. Possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Plantation-related studies, or a related field
      2. Minimum 1 years of experience in internal/external auditing or similar role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
      3. Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an added advantage
      4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer literate
      5. Detail-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
      6. Strong organizational, time management, and data driven analytical skills
      7. Possess a valid driving license and able to drive manual transmission vehicle
      8. Willing to travel to various operational sites on a regular basis

Responsibilities:

1. 1. 1. Conduct and assist in operational audits across group businesses (e.g., estates, mills, workshops) on a regular basis
      2. Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in accordance with established standards
      3. Assist in compiling audit findings and follow up on issues highlighted in audit reports
      4. Support the development and implementation of audit recommendations
      5. Prepare audit reports and working papers for review by Senior Team Members
      6. Assist Senior Team Members in executing audit programs and related task as required
