What is Graduate Capacity Building Program (GCB)?

Graduate Capacity Building Program is a paid full-time program with a contract period of up to two (2) years (1+1)*. Graduates will undergo on-the-job training and rotate across various departments/locations to enhance their knowledge and skills while fostering an understanding of the company’s work culture.

Who Can Apply?

  • Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.30 or above
  • Bachelor’s degree holders aged 26 and below
  • Master’s or PhD holders aged 28 and below
  • Has not previously participated in a similar programme offered by other companies
