Induction Plantation Programme
What is Induction Plantation Programme (IPP)?
Induction Plantation Programme is an intensive 3-month training programme held at our Lambir Training Centre in Miri, combining classroom learning with practical field exposure.
Upon successful completion of the programme, trainees will be offered full-time employment with our company at one of our estates in Sarawak, where they can begin a rewarding career with opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement.

Who Can Apply?
- Degree or Diploma in Agriculture Science, Forestry, Plantation Management, or related discipline – with minimum CGPA 3.00.
- SPM graduates with at least four credits including Bahasa Malaysia, English, Science and Mathematics.
- Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor environment
- Self-motivated, hardworking, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
- Passionate about building a long-term career in the plantation industry
