Accounts Assistant

Qualifications & Requirements:

      1. Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
      2. Minimum 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in a similar role, or a related field
      3. Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
      4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
      5. Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities:

      1. Process monthly payments and perform data entry for invoices
      2. Prepare management accounts, bank reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies
      3. Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
      4. Work closely with superiors to complete assigned tasks and perform any ad-hoc duties as required
