Secretarial Manager
Qualifications & Requirements:

- Licensed Company Secretary / Chartered Secretary (MAICSA / CGP qualification) or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial practice
- Experience in group structures and regulated environments preferred
- Familiarity with Bursa Malaysia listing requirements will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act and corporate governance practices
- Experience handling Board and meeting management expertise
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet regulatory deadlines

Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements (where applicable), and other relevant statutory regulations
- Manage and coordinate Board of Directors’ and Board Committees’ meetings, including preparation of agendas, board papers, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Advise the Board and Management on corporate governance, statutory obligations, and regulatory developments
- Maintain and update statutory records, registers, resolutions, and filings with SSM and relevant authorities
- Oversee incorporation of companies, restructuring exercises, share issuances, and other corporate actions
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, legal advisors, bankers, and external company secretarial firms as required
- Ensure timely submission of annual returns, statutory filings, and compliance reports
- Manage and guide the secretarial team and support ongoing process improvements
