Sales Executive (Bulk)
Qualifications & Requirements:

- Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of sales experience, preferably in bulk commodities, export trading, or agricultural products, spices, or related industries
- Knowledge of pepper/spice trading or agricultural commodity markets will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with export procedures, Incoterms, international trade practices, and export documentation is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Responsibilities:

- Proactively canvass and secure new bulk sales opportunities in both domestic and international markets
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers, including importers, agents, and industrial buyers
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to drive business and long-term partnerships
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitive positioning
- Manage full scale cycle, including customer enquiries, quotation preparation, price negotiation, order confirmation, and after-sales support
- Prepare accurate sales quotations and proposals aligned with company pricing and margin requirements
- Coordinate closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely order processing
- Monitor order status and ensure commitments to customers are met
- Handle export sales processes, including coordination with logistics providers and freight forwarders
- Ensure all export documentations are accurate and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders to facilitate smooth export transactions
- Resolve any delivery-related issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction
