Sales Support

Qualifications & Requirements:

      1. SPM, STPM, Certificate, or equivalent qualification
      2. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, sales administration, or a similar role
      3. Basic knowledge of sales administration procedures and office operations
      4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
      5. Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
      6. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
      8. Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

      1. Assist in preparing sales documents (quotations, orders, invoices, delivery orders, contracts)
      2. Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and timely
      3. Support order processing and coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution
      4. Maintain proper filing and records of all sales documents (physical and digital)
      5. Liaise with Operations, Logistics, and Finance for order fulfilment and delivery arrangements
      6. Assist in customer communication regarding order status and basic enquiries
      7. Track sales transactions and ensure compliance with internal procedures
      8. Compile basic sales data, reports, and maintain customer and pricing databases
      9. Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team as required
