Qualifications & Requirements:

- SPM, STPM, Certificate, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, sales administration, or a similar role
- Basic knowledge of sales administration procedures and office operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing sales documents (quotations, orders, invoices, delivery orders, contracts)
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and timely
- Support order processing and coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution
- Maintain proper filing and records of all sales documents (physical and digital)
- Liaise with Operations, Logistics, and Finance for order fulfilment and delivery arrangements
- Assist in customer communication regarding order status and basic enquiries
- Track sales transactions and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Compile basic sales data, reports, and maintain customer and pricing databases
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team as required
