Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 1. 1. Possess a Degree in Mechanical/ Automotive Engineering, or any related engineering discipline
      2. Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience in equipment fabrication, automotive, machinery, workshop operations, or a similar role; Fresh graduates who are keen to develop their career in this field are welcome to apply as Management Trainee
      3. Good knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, machining, fitting and mechanical assembly
      4. Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings and technical specifications
      5. Good technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
      6. Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with workshop personnel and other stakeholders

Responsibilities:

1. 1. 1. Provide technical support for workshop operations, including vehicle, machinery, and equipment repairs
      2. Prepare technical reports, repair proposals, cost estimates, and related documentation
      3. Design and supervise fabrication, modification, and repair works
      4. Prepare basic fabrication drawings, material lists, and job specifications
      5. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, structural, and technical issues
      6. Coordinate with workshop personnel and relevant departments to ensure repair and fabrication works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications
      7. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time
