- At least 1 year of experience in receptionist, clerical work, or other office administrative tasks in a similar role.
- Good communication skills and proficient in computer literacy
- Possess a valid driving license and own transportation

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform reception duties including greet visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Goods Received (GR), and handle documents to HQ in Miri
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and documents
- Organize and schedule meetings by booking meeting rooms and arranging necessary facilities such as water and refreshments
- Order and monitor office supplies, including stationeries and sundries
- Coordinate office maintenance requests and follow up with contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist HQ in Miri with ad-hoc duties such as processing or collecting documents from government agencies
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations
