- Possess a Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, receptionist, clerical, or general office support roles
- Proficient in computer literacy and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Possess a valid driving license and own transportation

Responsibilities:

- Greet and attend to visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk experience
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, and direct them to the relevant departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, courier, and document distribution
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide basic support for meetings when required
- Monitor office supplies, including stationeries and sundry items, and assist with procurement when necessary
- Coordinate office maintenance requests and liaise with landlord and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist in general administrative tasks, including license renewals, and coordination of company vehicle maintenance
- Perform any other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned to support smooth office operations
