Admin Clerk cum Receptionist

Qualifications & Requirements:

      1. Possess a Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
      2. Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, receptionist, clerical, or general office support roles
      3. Proficient in computer literacy and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
      5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
      6. Possess a valid driving license and own transportation
      7. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

      1. Greet and attend to visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk experience
      2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, and direct them to the relevant departments
      3. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, courier, and document distribution
      4. Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide basic support for meetings when required
      5. Monitor office supplies, including stationeries and sundry items, and assist with procurement when necessary
      6. Coordinate office maintenance requests and liaise with landlord and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
      7. Assist in general administrative tasks, including license renewals, and coordination of company vehicle maintenance
      8. Perform any other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned to support smooth office operations
