Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 1. 1. Possess at least a Diploma in Plantation, Agriculture, or equivalent qualification
      2. Holding an MPOB Grading Certificate will be an added advantage
      3. Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in the palm oil industry
      4. Willing to work in rural area – Metanik Mill
      5. Flexible to work on rest days and public holidays

Responsibilities:

1. 1. 1. Supervise and conduct the grading of incoming FFB at the mill ramp
      2. Ensure all FFB is graded in accordance with MPOB and company standards
      3. Maintain accurate daily grading records and reports
      4. Train, guide, and monitor the performance of other graders
