Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 1. 1. Possess a Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field
      2. Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management; 1 – 2 year(s) in supervisory or team lead role are welcomed to apply
      3. Experience in the plantation industry is an added advantage
      4. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management processes
      5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, warehouse/ logistics systems (e.g., SAP, IMS, etc.)
      6. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      7. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders
      8. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities:

1. 1. 1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching goods
      2. Ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock control at all times
      3. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or operational issues
      4. Supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with procedures
      5. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and cost control
      6. Coordinate with purchasing and internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow
      7. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures
      8. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
